Executive Coaching – 1:1 session

As a CEO, Board Member, or Business Owner, you operate in a reality where your decisions determine not only the outcome but also the direction, culture, and stability of the organization.

This often means working in conditions of complexity, pressure, and ambiguity—without space for calm thought and reflection.

Executive Coaching – a 1:1 session is a confidential, individual space where you can:

• regain clarity in key decisions,
• examine your role, responsibilities, and leadership style,
• align your course of action in situations of change, tension, or growth,
• consciously shape the organizational culture in line with the company’s vision and values.

 

During sessions, we are working on various aspects of your professional role:

• leadership based on responsibility, cohesion, and influence,
• decision-making in conditions of complexity and uncertainty,
• leading the organization through change without losing meaning and direction,
• relationship between your personal clarity and the company’s strategy and culture.

 

This is not a training course or a set of ready-made templates.

This work is tailored to you, your role, and the realities of your organization – combining strategic reflection, systemic perspective, and the real-world business context.

Session duration: 1.5 hours

How and where is the session held?
The session can be held online or in person – at a pre-arranged location in Warsaw or Łódź (your office or a partner space).

3. We’ll meet for the session at the scheduled time (Zoom or agreed place).
