WHY?
Because we are often not aware of our true potential, authentic and not just superficial. We often act by imitating others or by following culturally imposed patterns. They are not always bad, but what is good for someone is certainly not always good for you or for me. There is no one size fits all, everyone is unique and has their own unique path.

Because most companies, organizations and institutions operate with structures and work models based on the operation of factory production lines from the Second Industrial Revolution. It has been 100 years since such a model was established, and this model is clearly coming to an end. Surely, it has contributed a lot to the economy, but today it no longer works. Decline in people’s motivation and commitment, job burnout, rising costs in almost every aspect, are just a few of the symptoms of the old model.

To create and develop innovative businesses and organizations that are both locally and internationally present through their ethical way of being, based on purpose and higher values. Businesses and organizations where people want to work, grow and are proud to be a part of.

Because the current education systems overwhelmingly emphasize competition, imitation, information acquisition, and memorization, marginalising creativity, innovation and cooperation, which leads to imbalance within ourselves and in relation to the environment, the greater system and it’s natural order.

We live in unprecedented times. Everything around us is changing because everything in us is changing.
However we perceive reality at any given moment, never before has the world stood open to us as it does now, never before have we had so many opportunities and access to knowledge. On the other hand, never before have we felt so uncertain about tomorrow, lost and overwhelmed.
Navigating a complex and multidimensional reality requires a variety of competencies, but in my opinion, it requires one key one – AWARENESS.
Both at the individual and systemic level – group, team, organizational, and cultural.
Times, planetary, social as well as business challenges require us to new ways of learning, thinking, acting, managing, and cooperating.
My mission is to support people, businesses, and organizations in expanding awareness and creating new systems of organization and management in such a way that they support everyone in developing in line with their unique path and thus the entire organization.

The Art of Coaching
As defined by the International Coaching Federation, coaching is “accompanying a client in a creative process that makes them think and inspires them to maximize their professional and personal potential.”
Coaching is not the same as various other forms of working with another person (or group of people), i.e. mentoring, counseling, psychotherapy, motivational speeches, or giving feedback. A coach does not give advice, provide solutions, share his or her opinion or own experience, point out mistakes and reprimand, or focus on the past.
The Art of Mentoring
Mentoring is a partnership relationship between Mentor and Mentee, aimed at expanding knowledge, competence, acquisition of new skills in the area in which the Mentee is interested and the Mentor has knowledge and experience.
The Art of Communication
Communication is a constant flow of information. Communication is a multi-layered and multidimensional process and takes place at visible levels, perceived by our senses, and at deeper, imperceptible levels. It is an exchange, flow, connection.
Communication is also a movement.
The Art of Leadership
A leader is one who knows where to lead others, one who knows the direction.
A leader is anyone who questions the status quo, strives for appropriate changes, transforms what does not work and creates new, favorable and supportive ways- individual, systemic, environmental. However, he/she always starts within himself/herself.
Brene Brown’s definition: “A leader is anyone who undertakes to look for potential in other people, processes – and who has the courage to develop that potential”.
