In life I take on a variety of roles, including a Coach, Mentor, Counselor, Leader, Painter, Writer, Blogger, Dancer, Friend, Partner, Daughter, Sister, Neighbor and many more.

I am passionate about human potential, the nature of reality and also the systems and connections between all aspects of reality, including social and organizational systems.

I teach that everything is interconnected and influence one another, invisible is as important as the visible. I teach and show how to observe these influences, learn from them, change, develop and improve. And also to let go of what is beyond our control.

I raise awareness that each of us is a free individual, with a unique path, talents, and challenges. From the relationship with ourselves, everything begins. Self-awareness is a deep contact with oneself and also with reality.

Where do I get my knowledge and inspiration from?

I am inspired by the works and works of Ekhart Tolle, Ken Wilber, Abraham Maslow, Arnold Mindell, Paul Watzlawick, Gregory Bateson, John Whitmore, Brene Brown, Nassim Nicholas Taleb and many others.

I draw knowledge and wisdom from ancient Vedic teachings and philosophies, Zen, Yoga, Taoism, Buddhism.

I follow my intuition and my inner wisdom.

I am passionate about all that is undiscovered and unknown.

I love music, dancing and traveling, both inward and around the world!

What is it all for?

Because I love what I do and what I do is based on who I am.
