I help people, leaders and organizations go through deep transformation – from internal chaos, burnout and loss of direction, to authentic action, coherence and fulfillment. I combine over 15 years of experience in business with several years of coaching, mentoring and transformational work.
I create a space where you can hear your own voice, throw off what no longer serves – and build anew: consciously, powerfully and in harmony with yourself. I work with leaders, teams and people who feel that old structures no longer work – and are ready to create new ones.
I am the creator of the Inspired Organization program, in which I combine coaching, mentoring, organizational culture transformation and the ideas of future leadership.
