I am a strategic advisor, leadership coach and mentor, and organizational educator with over 17 years of experience in complex, international business environments — including real estate portfolio management, expansion strategy across the CEE region, retail, and asset management. This background gave me an inside understanding of how organizations truly work: where systems thrive, where tensions emerge, and what causes people — and businesses — to lose or rediscover their direction.

For over 7 years, I have been accompanying individual clients and leaders through processes of change — professional, personal, and behavioral. I work within the framework of Transactional Analysis, transactional, transformational, and integral coaching, supported by psychometric tools (DISC D3) and agile practices. I support clients in uncovering their authentic identity and unique potential, building meaningful professional and personal relationships, developing life and professional agility, and creating lasting change — at the level of the individual and the system they are part of.

I work with organizations, boards, and leaders ready to move beyond short-term results — and build structures that are resilient, authentic, and healthy over the long term. I support companies in rediscovering their identity, designing organizational culture, developing conscious leadership, and making sound decisions in conditions of complexity and change.
